Hi! I’m Roma Vargas, a lifelong
resident of Guadalupe, San José, Costa Rica and I am proud to say how
much I enjoy the history and culture of Costa Rica and how proud I am
of my country. I look forward to sharing these things with you!
I had the opportunity of traveling around
the world for many years, and this opened my mind to various cultures
and experiences, allowing me to understand and appreciate the different
lifestyles around the world. My goal is to build solid relationships
with my clients that result in "win/win" situations.

I have over 30 years Customer Service
experience and also Security and Investigations experience which benefit
my activities in Real Estate as we routinely check to make sure what

Eduardo, a graduated systems engineer,
brings a high level of energy into the business of helping buyers and

He strives and uses his creativity and

as enjoyable as possible. His expertise in telecommunications is a very
important issue in business real estate. The combination of his experience
providing a wide range of solutions and his business real-estate knowledge

Vanessa’s Interior Design experience and high quality standards have been present in her client’s homes,
offices and commercial spaces since 1993. Also, her work has been widely recognized all beyond Costa Rica, since most of her clients are nationals of other countries, mostly US.
She writes articles for specialized magazines and local newspapers with high regularity, and gives speeches at DIY centers and TV quite often.
Custom-made furniture, renovations and design consultation are the strong areas of expertise that can be
confirmed with testimonies from clients and a rich portfolio of past works.
Specific examples of her work are several beach condominiums, urban and suburban residences, offices, commercial buildings and shops. Some of such works were the
result of teamwork with local architects and engineers, including lighting planning and landscaping.
One of the main areas of her expertise is Color Consultation and she has become the leading voice of a very important international paint manufacturer for eight years in a row.
Vanessa has an extensive history in Home Staging services, known to some customers as the “magic touch that makes a house sell”. She will find and correct those little problems that keep your house from selling
and sometimes even increase the value of your property so you end up with more money in your pocket.
Vanessa is fluent in English and Spanish and she is also available to help you furnish and

Johnnie Chaverri
Relocating, purchasing a second home,

on what you need and provide you with detailed information and expertise,

With 45 years experience in Investigations
and as a former director of National Security, Johnnie has a tremendous
knowledge of the country, the laws, legislation, government regulations,
public policies, and current market conditions. He is constantly
reading and studying to be updated in different topics specially in
Real Estate matters.
His priority is the protection of our
clients´ interests, to help them follow their dream of buying a property
and make this important process as smooth and secure as possible.

Johnnie J. Chaverri
Johnny J. Chaverri, vice- president and Customer Service Manager is responsible for charting the company's current and future expansion opportunities, as well as managing the company's day-to-day business operations.
Johnny holds a degree in Speech Therapist from Santa Paula University and is currently studying Accounting in Universidad Latina in San Jose, Costa Rica.
